Medicinal

Microgreens are a miniaturized version of fully grown plants.  They contain all the of nutrients of that plant, in a concentrated form that your body can readily absorb.

Plants are the foundation for a significant part of human medicine.  Historically they are the most widely used drugs designed to prevent, treat, and cure disease.  Plant-based cures represents a fundamental and formidable wealth of information for a wide array of medicinal purposes.

Microgreens contain a potent array of vitamins and carotenoids.  In general, microgreens contain considerably higher concentrations of vitamins and carotenoids than their mature plant counterparts- specifically vitamins A, C, K, beta carotenes and lutein. ‡  These nutritional benefits have a direct positive impact combating cancer, contributing to heart health, and supporting immunity.
